Beginner Friendly Hands-On Instruction Studio-Based Learning Expanding Beyond Richmond

Teaching photography with a clear path.

Photography Classes by 360ism was created for people who are tired of guessing their way through photography. The program is built around clear explanation, hands-on practice, and real-world instruction that helps students understand their camera, lighting, composition, and creative process.

The classes are based through 360ism Studios in Richmond, Virginia, but the education brand is designed to grow into additional locations, special workshops, and traveling training experiences.

Clear Instruction Plain-language teaching that makes settings and techniques easier to understand.
Hands-On Shooting Students practice immediately instead of only watching demonstrations.
Real Feedback Students learn what works, what does not work, and how to make adjustments.
Creative Growth The goal is confidence, consistency, and a practical next step after every class.
Director & Lead Instructor

Daring Leaderman

Daring Leaderman is the founder of 360ism Studios and the lead instructor behind Photography Classes by 360ism. He brings more than 20 years of experience in photography, video production, visual storytelling, studio lighting, glamour photography, portrait work, and creative direction.

His teaching style is practical, direct, and hands-on. Students are not just told what settings mean — they are shown how those settings affect the image, how light changes the result, and how to make better creative decisions behind the camera.

The mission is simple: help beginners and aspiring photographers stop guessing and start creating with confidence.
