Booking, payment, what to bring, cancellations, and more

Let us know immediately at support@learn.360ism.com so we can correct it. Missed notices from incorrect info may affect refund or rescheduling eligibility.
Classes are paid at registration. Your seat is reserved once payment or the registration form is completed and confirmed. Applicable taxes or fees may apply at checkout.
Bring your camera (DSLR or mirrorless), a charged battery, and a memory card. Lenses you own are welcome. If you’re brand new, come as you are — we’ll guide you.
A camera you can shoot in manual is ideal. If you don’t have one yet, contact us before booking and we’ll advise.
Most classes are designed for adults. Minors may attend certain classes when accompanied by a registered adult — ask us first. Contact us about any accessibility needs and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Classes are taught at 360ism Studios, 1108 E. Main St, Suite 220, Richmond, VA 23219. Studio classes run rain or shine; any outdoor components may be adjusted for weather.
Cancellation and reschedule windows are provided with your confirmation. Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund but can often be rescheduled — reach out and we’ll help.
Join the interest list and we’ll notify you when a new date opens or a seat becomes available.
Some sessions include demonstrations, models, and behind-the-scenes captures. Let us know if you prefer not to appear in promotional media.
