This role supports the setup, breakdown, and operation of classes, workshops, and photography sessions at 360ism Studios. The person in this position ensures that lighting equipment, backdrops, props, and studio resources are ready before each event. They assist with studio maintenance, help coordinate class logistics, and ensure a smooth experience for both instructors and students.
Daring Leaderman
Director & Lead Instructor
Daring Leaderman is the visionary behind Learn.360ism.com and the Richmond Photography Classes program, bringing over 20 years of professional experience in glamour, portrait, and cinematic photography. As the Director and Lead Instructor, Daring combines technical mastery with creative direction to teach photographers how to light, pose, and capture subjects with confidence and impact. Known for his hands-on workshops, real-world insight, and signature lighting techniques, he’s helped hundreds of creatives—from beginners to seasoned pros—elevate their skills and transform their visual style.
Jasmine Alysha
Resident Muse & Creative Director
Jasmine Alysha is 360ism Learning’s Resident Muse, Model Mentor, Pose Instructor, and Creative Director.
A seasoned pro and brand ambassador in beauty, fashion, glamour, and editorial, she turns demos into hands-on learning—guiding students in directing, posing, and lighting with confidence.
