Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Learn.360ism.com (“Site”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“Participant,” “you”) and 360ism Studios LLC (“360ism,” “we,” “our,” “us”) governing your purchase of, enrollment in, and attendance at any in‑person or online class, workshop, photo walk, private lesson, or related event (collectively, “Event(s)”) offered through the Site.
By clicking “Book,” “Pay,” or otherwise enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or book an Event.
1. Booking & Confirmation
1.1 Accurate Information — You warrant that all contact details (full name, e‑mail, mobile number) provided at checkout are accurate and kept up to date. 360ism is not responsible for missed communications caused by incorrect or outdated information.
1.2 Confirmation — Bookings are confirmed once full payment (or approved deposit) has cleared. You will receive an e‑mail confirmation within one (1) business day.
1.3 On‑Site Check‑in — For in‑person Events, you must arrive at least ten (10) minutes before the advertised start time and present your confirmation e‑mail or photo ID when requested. Late arrivals may be refused entry without refund.
2. Payment & Pricing
2.1 Accepted Methods — Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, EFT (electronic funds transfer), and WooPayments‑powered Buy‑Now‑Pay‑Later (BNPL) services such as Afterpay or Affirm.
2.2 Group Bookings — For bookings of five (5) or more seats, payment in full is due seven (7) days prior to the Event. EFT bookings of fewer than five seats incur a 10 % manual‑handling fee.
2.3 Currency & Taxes — All prices are in US dollars and include applicable Virginia sales tax unless expressly stated otherwise.
2.4 Non‑Transferability — Tickets are non‑transferable without prior written consent from 360ism.
3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
3.1 Participant‑Initiated
- Full refund for cancellations received 48 hours after the initial ticket purchase.
- Free reschedule (subject to availability) up to forty‑eight (48) hours before the Event.
- Each booking may be rescheduled a maximum of three (3) times.
- No refunds or credits for cancellations made less than forty‑eight hours before the Event or for no‑shows.
3.2 360ism‑Initiated
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an Event due to severe weather, instructor illness, venue issues, or force majeure.
- Participants will be notified via e‑mail and SMS and offered (i) transfer to the new date, or (ii) a full refund. 360ism’s liability is limited to the Event fee paid.
4. Participant Conduct & Safety
4.1 Code of Conduct — You agree to behave professionally, respect instructors, models, fellow participants, and property, and follow all instructions regarding safety, equipment use, and venue rules.
4.2 Prohibited Actions — Harassment, discrimination, disorderly conduct, and unauthorized commercial use of images are grounds for immediate removal without refund.
4.3 Age Requirements — Participants under eighteen (18) must be accompanied by a supervising adult. The adult must purchase their own ticket if they intend to shoot.
4.4 Health & Mobility — You confirm that you are physically able to participate or have disclosed any mobility or health concerns prior to booking. 360ism may decline participation if reasonable accommodations cannot be made.
5. Equipment & Property
5.1 Personal Gear — You are responsible for the security and insurance of your own camera equipment and personal belongings.
5.2 Rental Gear — Any 360ism‑supplied equipment must be returned in the same condition. You accept liability for loss or damage beyond normal wear and agree to pay repair or replacement costs.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Instructor Content — Slides, handouts, and other instructional materials are the copyrighted property of 360ism or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
6.2 Participant Images — You retain copyright to photographs you personally create during the Event. 360ism may request non‑exclusive rights to feature selected participant images for promotional purposes with appropriate credit.
6.3 Model Releases — Where models are provided, a 360ism model release will outline permissible usage; certain restrictions (e.g., commercial or adult contexts) may apply.
7. Liability Waiver
You participate at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by Virginia law, you release 360ism Studios LLC, its owners, instructors, employees, and agents from all claims for personal injury, property damage, or loss arising out of or in connection with your attendance, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct of 360ism.
8. Privacy
We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the Site. By booking, you consent to these practices, including receiving Event‑related communications.
9. Force Majeure
360ism is not liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from acts beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, labor disputes, or power outages.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Richmond, VA, and the parties consent to that jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Site or attendance at an Event after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
