📅 Booking & Confirmation
What details do I need to supply when I book?

How and when will I receive my confirmation?
A confirmation e‑mail arrives within one business day of your booking. If you don’t see it:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Still nothing? E‑mail support@learn.360ism.com and we’ll resend it.
What if I typed the wrong contact info?
Let us know immediately at support@learn.360ism.com so we can correct it—missed notices due to wrong details may make you ineligible for a refund.
💳 Payment Policy
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and WooPayments BNPL (Afterpay / Affirm) at checkout.
- PayPal and EFT (electronic funds transfer) must be completed in advance; EFT for fewer than five seats incurs a 10 % manual‑handling fee—contact us for details.
- Group bookings (5 + seats) must be paid at least 7 days ahead of class.
- All payments must clear 48 hours before class or the seats will be released.
👶 Age Guidelines
- Under‑18s must attend with a supervising adult (ticket required only if the adult also wants to shoot).
- Our standard workshops are designed for ages 8 +; reach out if you need a family‑friendly or private session.
♿ Mobility & Accessibility
Most sessions involve walking and standing. E‑mail us beforehand if you:
- Use mobility aids
- Need seating breaks or other assistance
We’ll do our best to adapt the itinerary or suggest an alternative workshop.
💰 Pricing
Prices vary by class length, instructor, location and any special gear we supply. All fees are listed on each class page.
📈 Sold‑Out Classes & Wait‑lists
Events often sell out. We don’t keep formal wait‑lists because cancellations are rare. If you’re keen on a topic, drop it in our Facebook Group—six or more interested photographers usually triggers us to add an extra date.
💡 Suggesting a New Class
Post your idea (e.g., “Night Street Portraits” or “Rain‑Room Cinematic Lighting”) in the Facebook group. If there’s enough buzz, we’ll schedule a special session.
* Future Dates
Upcoming dates always appear on our Home and Calendar pages months in advance. If nothing is listed, we’re finalising venues—subscribe to the newsletter for first‑look announcements.
⛈️ Bad Weather & Cancellations
- Outdoor classes may be cancelled for severe weather; you’ll receive both e‑mail and SMS updates.
- We aim to decide 24–48 h ahead, but if the forecast is borderline we wait in case conditions improve.
- If we cancel, you can transfer to the rescheduled date.
📍 Locations
Each class page lists its exact meeting point—studio, park, rooftop, or private Airbnb—plus parking tips and gear checklists.
🎫 Tickets Are Required
Even free “Photo Walk‑Alongs” need a ticket so we can cap numbers and pay the pro host. Bookings close 1–24 h before the start time (varies by class). Please don’t arrive without a confirmed booking—our hosts will have to turn you away.
↩️ Cancellations & Reschedules
- Full refund: Cancel ≥ within 48 hours of booking your ticket.
- Reschedule: Free up to 48 hours prior; you may reschedule the same booking up to three times.
